Company structure IPI Group

The below mentioned companies are part of the IPI Group and are responsible for the various duties in the development and the management of the IPI Group resorts. They are managed by the holding Notwerk B.V. 

IPI Internationale Makelaardij B.V.

IPI Internationale Makelaardij B.V. is responsible for marketing, agent management and sales in the Netherlands and Belgium.  

IPI International Property Investors B.V.

IPI International Property Investors B.V. are responsible for the development and construction, international marketing, agent management and agent support for the Zafarana Beach Resort.  

IPI International Property Investors MABR B.V.

IPI International Property Investors MABR B.V. are responsible for the development and construction, common international marketing, agent management and agent support for the Marsa Alam Beach Resort. This company also owns the Marsa Alam Beach Resort.  

IPI Management & Operations B.V.

IPI Management & Operations B.V. is responsible for the management and maintenance of the commercial buildings, the apartments, facilities and services in the resorts.  

Stichting Derdengelden IPI

Stichting Derdengelden IPI is responsible for the protection of your money. All payments regarding your purchase at Zafarana Beach Resort will be processed into the escrow account.  

Stichting Derdengelden MABR

Stichting Derdengelden MABR is responsible for the protection of your money. All payments regarding your purchase at Marsa Alam Beach Resort will be processed into the escrow account. 

El Sery For Tourism Development

El Sery For Tourism Development is the Egyptian company, which fully owns the plot of the Marsa Alam Beach Resort. IPI International Property Investors MABR B.V. is stockholder of this Egyptian company.
