Quality and finishing
The infrastructure and apartments are being constructed to the highest of standards using South-European construction methods and first class quality materials. The infrastructure for the resort will include disability friendly wide pavements, underground cabling, sewerage and water pipes. Furthermore a modern network will be installed to provide the whole resort with internet connectivity and European cable television. A renowned Egyptian construction consultant, certified by the Egyptian government, will lead the local builders and monitor the construction. In addition, the European management and engineers hired by IPI will supervise and oversee the overall building process.
Interior
At the Marsa Alam Beach Resort we want everyone to feel at home. The interiors of the apartments will be finished in warm, natural colours to create the perfect ambience. Floors and bathrooms will be finished in contemporary, natural tiles, with finishes conforming to Dutch requirements to ensure quality and hygiene. The terraces open directly out from the living and/or bedrooms and create a free flowing open plan space where the inside and outside meet. The kitchen and bathrooms, with marble bench-tops, will add a luxurious touch whilst stained woods and natural colours will enhance the overall colonial feeling.
Exterior
The apartments are being constructed to a stringent set of quality and construction guidelines to ensure that they meet and exceed the expectations of our international clients both upon completion and in the future. The colour swatches for the resort are selected by the architectural team to ensure that the resort blends seamlessly with a mixture of colonial and eastern influence, reminiscent of 1001 Arabian Nights. The exterior walls are to be treated with a five layer thermo-elastic coating providing excellent insulation for both heat and noise. This product is easily maintained, prevents damp and helps to avoid cracks caused by temperature disparities, keeping your apartment looking as good as new. All window frames and sliding doors are manufactured from coated aluminum for longevity and as a result there will be little to no maintenance required in the coming 10 years.
